Charles has been working with small business owner since 2003. As Assistant National Director of the Franchise Computer Troubleshooters he helped starting franchise owner grow their businesses from one person shops to multi tech and multi location franchisees.
Most recently he helped reinvent the Software as a Service business model by introducing a new genre of SaaS called Black Labeling. With this new strategy he was directly responsible for a $500k boost in revenue in 7 months for his client.
